For carriers, forwarders and warehouses
Sell your logistics company's data to AI labs
Planners, dispatchers and customer service teams solve problems all day: a late truck, a damaged pallet, a shipment held at customs. Labs want those records to train agents that work inside planning and ERP systems. Lodex licenses a cleaned copy.
What is your data worth?
Logistics
What AI labs buy
Exception handling
Email and chat in which planners deal with delays, damage, missed slots and rebookings, from first alert to solution.
TMS, WMS and ERP workflows
Exports and logs that show how orders are entered, changed and closed. Labs use these to train agents that navigate business software.
Customs and transport documents
Procedures and templates for customs declarations, consignment notes and Incoterms checks, with parties removed.
Quotation workflows
How a quote is built from a customer request, with rates removed or kept as ranges if you prefer.
Warehouse and safety SOPs
Inbound, picking, cycle counts, returns and safety procedures, with the checklists staff actually use.
Customer service tickets
Track-and-trace questions, complaints and claims, and how your team resolved them.
Payouts
What a sale can pay
The size of a payout follows the data: how many teams, how many years, how hard it is to find elsewhere.
From €10K
One team, standard workflows
A single workspace or department: tickets, deals, invoices, documents.
€50K+
Several teams or years of history
Multiple departments, or a long, consistent record of how work got done.
€250K+
Specialised operations
Expert work AI labs can't source elsewhere: niche processes, regulated workflows, rare skills.
What drives the price
Logistics data is valuable when it shows decisions under time pressure: what the planner saw, what they changed and why. Operations across several European countries, with communication in several languages, are rare in training data. Years of consistent records from one system raise the price. Raw GPS or sensor feeds on their own are worth less than the conversations and decisions around them.
Payouts range from €10K–€600K. The final offer depends on your sources, their volume and quality, and our review.

What we promise
You keep your data and you decide what goes. Here is exactly what we promise.
It's data you already have
Years of records already sit in your tools. Selling a copy costs you nothing and changes nothing about how you work.
Nothing goes out unpaid
Buyers see redacted samples only. The full package is released after they pay.
Never to your competitors
We license only to AI labs and research teams, under contract. Nothing is ever published.
Cleaned before it leaves
Names, customer details and other identifiers are removed during processing. Buyers never learn who your customers are.
Secure end to end
Read-only, encrypted connections. Originals are deleted once processing is done.
You decide, in writing
You approve every source and sign the terms first. Nothing is sold without your sign-off.
What stays out
Driver and staff data
Driver names, phone numbers, tachograph and working-time data, and location traces linked to a person are excluded.
Consignee and customer details
Names, delivery addresses and phone numbers of recipients and customer contacts are removed.
Contract rates, if you choose
Customer rates and carrier tariffs can be left out entirely or reduced to ranges.
Shipper-owned data
Where you handle data for a shipper under a contract that limits reuse, that data stays out.
Questions
Can we sell GPS data from our trucks?
Location data linked to a driver is personal data, so it is excluded in that form. Route patterns that cannot point to a person may be included, but they are rarely the most valuable part.
Do we need to involve our works council?
If messages or records from drivers and warehouse staff are included, and you have a works council, involve it early. In the Netherlands and Germany, for example, it has a say in how employee data is processed.
Which systems can you read from?
Email, Teams or Slack, ticket tools, document storage and exports from your TMS, WMS or ERP. All access is read-only and revoked when the project ends.
Could our rates reach competitors?
We license only to AI labs, never to your competitors, and nothing is published. You can also leave rates out completely.
We are a carrier with 40 staff. Is that big enough?
Yes. We work with companies from about 10 people. Years of exception handling and customer service records matter more than fleet size.
