For consulting firms
Sell your consulting firm's data to AI labs
A good consultant turns a vague brief into a clear analysis and a deck a board can act on. AI agents are now trained to do the same, and labs need real examples of the path from brief to deliverable. Your firm has made hundreds of them.
What is your data worth?

What AI labs buy
Brief-to-deck pairs
A client brief or request for proposal with the final slide deck. Labs use these to train agents that build slides from a brief.
Analysis models
Excel models for market sizing, business cases and pricing, with assumptions and sources noted.
Frameworks and toolkits
Diagnostic questionnaires, interview guides, maturity models and the internal method behind your projects.
Proposal library
Past proposals and statements of work, with client names and fees removed.
Project retrospectives
Lessons learned, project reviews and the internal notes on what you would do differently.
Payouts
What a sale can pay
The size of a payout follows the data: how many teams, how many years, how hard it is to find elsewhere.
From €10K
One team, standard workflows
A single workspace or department: tickets, deals, invoices, documents.
€50K+
Several teams or years of history
Multiple departments, or a long, consistent record of how work got done.
€250K+
Specialised operations
Expert work AI labs can't source elsewhere: niche processes, regulated workflows, rare skills.
What drives the price
Labs pay most for complete chains: the brief, the working files, the drafts and the final deliverable. A final deck on its own says little about how it was made. Sector specialisation, such as energy or public sector work, and projects in languages other than English add value. The more of your method is written down, the higher the price.
Payouts range from €10K–€600K. The final offer depends on your sources, their volume and quality, and our review.

What we promise
You keep your data and you decide what goes. Here is exactly what we promise.
It's data you already have
Years of records already sit in your tools. Selling a copy costs you nothing and changes nothing about how you work.
Nothing goes out unpaid
Buyers see redacted samples only. The full package is released after they pay.
Never to your competitors
We license only to AI labs and research teams, under contract. Nothing is ever published.
Cleaned before it leaves
Names, customer details and other identifiers are removed during processing. Buyers never learn who your customers are.
Secure end to end
Read-only, encrypted connections. Originals are deleted once processing is done.
You decide, in writing
You approve every source and sign the terms first. Nothing is sold without your sign-off.
What stays out
Client-confidential information
Client strategy, financials and anything covered by an NDA are excluded, or stripped where the contract allows reuse without them.
Deliverables the client owns
Where a contract assigns the rights in a deliverable to the client, that deliverable stays out.
Interviews and surveys of named people
Interview notes and employee survey answers are excluded, or included only with names and identifying details removed.
Third-party research
Licensed market reports and paid databases are not yours to license. They are left out of scope.
Questions
Our deliverables belong to the client. What is left to sell?
Often a lot: your methods, templates, internal tools, proposals and the anonymised working files that your contracts let you reuse. We go through your standard terms with you first.
How do you anonymise a deck about a well-known client?
We remove names, logos and figures that would point to the client. If a deck could still identify the client after that, it stays out.
Is a boutique firm interesting to labs?
We work with firms from about 10 people. A small firm with a deep specialisation and well-kept files can be worth more than a large generalist.
Do our clients need to know?
For material with no client information, usually not. Where a contract limits reuse, we follow the contract. You approve every source before anything is shared.
Could a lab build a competing consultancy with this?
Labs train general models on data from many companies. We license only to AI labs, never to other consulting firms, and nothing is published.
