Sell company data
Sell your company's data to AI labs
AI labs pay for real records of how work gets done. Your company has years of them in email, chat, documents, tickets and code. Lodex licenses a cleaned copy to AI labs. You keep the originals and decide what goes.
What is your data worth?
What labs buy, by sector
Each sector has its own valuable records and its own rules. See examples, what drives the price and what stays out for firms like yours.
- Accounting firms Accounting firms can license de-identified workpapers, close checklists and client query threads to AI labs. See what sells and what stays out.
- Law firms Law firms can license clause libraries, review playbooks and matter workflows to AI labs. Privileged client communications stay out. See what labs buy.
- IT services IT service firms and software houses can license private code with its history, tickets and design docs to AI labs. Client-owned code and secrets stay out.
- Consulting firms Consulting firms can license briefs, analysis models, frameworks and anonymised decks to AI labs. Client-confidential material stays out. See how it works.
- Financial services Advisers, lenders, insurers and brokers can license procedures, models and compliance workflows to AI labs. Customer financial data stays out. See how.
- Logistics Carriers, forwarders and warehouses can license exception handling, ERP workflows and SOPs to AI labs. Driver and customer details stay out.

Why it works
You already have it
Messages, files, tickets and records build up in your tools every week. Selling a copy usually takes one call and read-only access from your team.
Built for European companies
Lodex is run from the Netherlands, works under the GDPR and handles data in eight languages. Companies from about 10 people take part.
Your customers stay out of it
Names, contact details and customer identifiers are removed before anything is packaged. We license only to AI labs, never to your competitors, and nothing is published.
A price before you commit
Company data could fetch €10K–€600K. You see an estimate first, agree the scope in writing, and are paid 7 days after your data passes review.
Payouts
What a sale can pay
The size of a payout follows the data: how many teams, how many years, how hard it is to find elsewhere.
From €10K
One team, standard workflows
A single workspace or department: tickets, deals, invoices, documents.
€50K+
Several teams or years of history
Multiple departments, or a long, consistent record of how work got done.
€250K+
Specialised operations
Expert work AI labs can't source elsewhere: niche processes, regulated workflows, rare skills.
Payouts range from €10K–€600K. The final offer depends on your sources, their volume and quality, and our review.

All upside.
No catch.
You keep your data and you decide what goes. Here is exactly what we promise.
It's data you already have
Years of records already sit in your tools. Selling a copy costs you nothing and changes nothing about how you work.
Nothing goes out unpaid
Buyers see redacted samples only. The full package is released after they pay.
Never to your competitors
We license only to AI labs and research teams, under contract. Nothing is ever published.
Cleaned before it leaves
Names, customer details and other identifiers are removed during processing. Buyers never learn who your customers are.
Secure end to end
Read-only, encrypted connections. Originals are deleted once processing is done.
You decide, in writing
You approve every source and sign the terms first. Nothing is sold without your sign-off.
Questions
Who buys company data?
AI labs and research teams that train and test large models. They license de-identified data under a written contract. Nothing is published, and we never sell to your competitors.
Which data can a company sell?
The records of how your company works: Slack or Teams messages, email, documents in Drive, SharePoint or Notion, CRM records, support tickets, code, procedures and playbooks. You choose the sources. Data you hold for clients as a processor is not yours to sell and stays out.
Is it legal to sell company data under the GDPR?
Often yes, with conditions. You can only sell data you control, you need a documented assessment of the new purpose, and personal details must be removed. Our GDPR guide explains each step.
How do you protect our customers and staff?
We connect read-only to the sources you approve. Names, contact details, account numbers and other identifiers are removed during processing. Health data and national ID numbers are excluded. Originals are deleted once processing is done.
How much is our data worth?
It depends on volume, years of history, how specialised the work is, the language and how clean the records are. The estimate gives a first range based on headcount, years in business and revenue. The final offer follows from the sources you include and our review.
How much work is it for my team?
Usually one call to agree the scope and granting read-only access. We do the extraction, cleaning and packaging. From first call to payment usually takes two to three weeks.
Do we give up ownership of our data?
No. You license a copy for AI training. You keep the originals and keep using them as before. The agreement states what is included, who may use it and for what.
Is my company big enough?
We work with companies from about 10 people. More people and more years of records usually mean a higher payout, and specialised work can matter more than size.
