For financial services firms
Sell your financial firm's data to AI labs
Analysts, underwriters and compliance teams follow careful, documented steps. Labs want those steps to train models that read a credit file or prepare a quarterly report. Customer data stays out. Lodex licenses your firm's methods, models and procedures.
What is your data worth?
Financial services
What AI labs buy
Credit and underwriting procedures
Credit policies, review checklists and anonymised decision notes that show how a file is assessed.
Financial models
Valuation, cash-flow and portfolio models with their assumptions and version history.
Compliance workflows
Know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering procedures, and the steps an analyst takes to review and close an alert, without the cases themselves.
Reporting templates
Investor reports, market commentary and monthly reporting packs, with client details removed.
Client service tickets
Questions about products, fees and claims, and how your team answered them, with customers removed.
Payouts
What a sale can pay
The size of a payout follows the data: how many teams, how many years, how hard it is to find elsewhere.
From €10K
One team, standard workflows
A single workspace or department: tickets, deals, invoices, documents.
€50K+
Several teams or years of history
Multiple departments, or a long, consistent record of how work got done.
€250K+
Specialised operations
Expert work AI labs can't source elsewhere: niche processes, regulated workflows, rare skills.
What drives the price
Regulated work is documented in detail, which helps. The price depends on how complete the trail is from input to decision, how many years it covers and whether it is in a language labs have little of. Procedures and models with their reasoning are worth more than final reports. Market data you license from vendors does not count toward the value.
Payouts range from €10K–€600K. The final offer depends on your sources, their volume and quality, and our review.

What we promise
You keep your data and you decide what goes. Here is exactly what we promise.
It's data you already have
Years of records already sit in your tools. Selling a copy costs you nothing and changes nothing about how you work.
Nothing goes out unpaid
Buyers see redacted samples only. The full package is released after they pay.
Never to your competitors
We license only to AI labs and research teams, under contract. Nothing is ever published.
Cleaned before it leaves
Names, customer details and other identifiers are removed during processing. Buyers never learn who your customers are.
Secure end to end
Read-only, encrypted connections. Originals are deleted once processing is done.
You decide, in writing
You approve every source and sign the terms first. Nothing is sold without your sign-off.
What stays out
Customer financial data
Account numbers, balances, transactions and portfolios linked to a person or company are excluded.
Reports you may not disclose
Suspicious transaction reports, investigation files and anything the law or your supervisor says must stay confidential never leave your systems.
Licensed market data
Vendor data feeds, ratings and index data are not yours to license. They are left out of scope.
Health and other sensitive data
Health information in insurance or mortgage files and other special-category data are excluded entirely.
Questions
Can a regulated firm sell data at all?
Customer data stays out, which removes most of the issue. What remains is your firm's own methods, models and procedures. Involve your compliance officer early and check the confidentiality and outsourcing rules that apply to you.
What happens with our anti-money-laundering records?
Suspicious transaction reports and investigation files are excluded entirely. Your procedures for handling alerts can be included without the cases.
Could someone rebuild our pricing models from this?
You choose what goes. Pricing and risk models you consider a trade secret can be left out. Labs use the data to train general models, and nothing is published.
Do insurers, brokers and small advisory firms qualify?
Yes. Claims procedures, policy wording templates and advice workflows are useful too. We work with firms from about 10 people.
What documentation does our compliance team get?
A written scope with the approved sources and the license terms: who may use the data and for what. We also walk your team through how personal and customer data is removed.
